I am a bit lost. I find patterns with the following kind of code:
; Created by Sandify
; https://sandify.org
; Version: 0.2.6
;
; Machine type: Rectangular
; Min X (mm): 0
; Max X (mm): 590
; Min Y (mm): 0
; Max Y (mm): 980
; Content type: shape
…
I am away from my computer and I should know this.
But I believe that’s just a text to to tell you things.
Not actually to tell the machine to move.
Usually at the beginning at most code will be some things explaining the basics or at the end of things like to explain speed etc.
you can import some files into sandify iirc.
And also that is saying the dimensions of your, for lack of better terms, sand box play area.
Sandify 1.0 can export/save a file that can be reopened and keeps the workspace mostly consistent. But before 1.0, you can’t edit the sandify settings from import. You would have to recreate it and sometimes things change in subtle ways. Sorry.
You can still import the gcode as a list of points and add it to the playlist or add effects. But you can’t change the settings from a pre 1.0 release without recreating it.
