How to reset purchasing account's phone number

Hello, when I try to purchase from the v1e website, I am unable to log in, as the site requests I prove I’m human with various tests, all of which I fail for some reason. It seems to be an infinite loop.

Meanwhile, when I place an order using my saved credit card (using a different account also associated with my company), the site sends a code to an unknown phone number to complete the purchase.

I am stuck either way and need help buying this item. I dodn’t see a way to contact v1e, other than this forum. Thank you for your help,
