I decided to print modified braces with nut capture slots. The nuts I have fit loosely in the slots. I super glued in the nuts which worked for most of them, but some of them didn’t stick. I was thinking a dab of silicone caulk or similar might be a better choice, but did not try it yet. Is there something you have used that works good to keep the nuts from falling out of the slots? I plan to make mine wider in the future so having the nuts stay in place will be very nice!
Try a bit of baking soda to fill and bridge and add a bit of thin super glue. Be careful since the reaction is exothermic.

going to sound goofy, but try different nuts. i found some manufacturers make them to different tolerances.
