Help choosing the correct stepper driver

Hello!

After finishing my 3D printer I will start to build a CNC lowrider also and now I started to order the parts except the SKR, driver and TFT.

Unfortunately there are so many drivers to choose and I don’t know which one is the best or even the correct one.

I want an SKR 1.4 Turbo but which driver ?
With TMS2209 it is cheaper thatn TMC5160, which one is better ? Do all of the drivers work for the Lowrider CNC ? (2208, 22ß0, 2130, 2100, 5160, 2225, …)

I ran 2209s before the 5160s arrived. Then I put in the 5160s. Honestly, the 2209s are so much less work in the code, and I haven’t recognized a case where higher current drivers are required. On the flip side, higher current drivers should mean less heat so possibly more reliable in the long term.
