i searched via google and also in the forum but didn’t find anybody who saw this problem:
To stabilize the X-Y axes especially the bend away from the head it would be easy to connect the 2 tubes with roller bearings.at the point where both tubes (near to the z-axis) are in 90° angle
sorry i’m quite new here.
I wanted to add the marking:
I mean especially this point (as marked).
Here it could be possible to connect these tubes to each other. So the distances between these 2 tubes are always the same.
The core does that, although it is a few inches away.
Once all the motors are engaged, I’m ot sure that squareness will be a problem. Have you seen flex there caused by the bit after the motors are engaged?
