10’ x 5’ Welded/bolted tubular steel table with MDF bed and wasteboard panels, T-Track clamping rails, 20mm linear bearing guides, 80/20 extrusion gantry with custom designed servo mounts. SKR pro controller running MPCNC firmware. Not a quick or simple solution.

Looks awesome! What is the propulsion method? I can’t quite tell. Of course I see it is on linear rails, but is it belted, geared, lead screw?

Looks good. Building something similar, except with ballscrews instead of belts.

Yeah. Me too… I mean… I bought the rails and ballscrews over a year ago, so I’m sure I’m starting a new project eventually :smiley:

Mine is planned for a 4’x4’ cut size… eventually.

Building 5x5, so will definitely do more than a half sheet of plywood. Plus 90% on going vertical to save floor spaxe similar to this one

Servos from low rider kit. 2 X axis belt drive, one Y axis belt drive. Z axis is 200mm acme screw stage, with Makita router.
