I have just started putting in the M8 bolts in the Rollers and the two big XY parts. I had to loosen the bolts again before the conduit would pass between the bearings. It fits,and the rollers do roll, but it’s tighter than I would like. The rollers cling to a vertical piece of conduit, without rolling down, unless I push them a little (see photo).
This is probably my fault, I printed it all in ABS. [takes hat off and bows to the booing crowd …]
So, do you think it will wear in and loosen up by itself? Or will I just damage things running it too tight?
