I made a gnochi board for a friend of mine. It turned out really good I think. It was fun designing it and seeing how it turned out.
How did the gnocchi taste?!

I knew what gnochi the food is. I was asking about the board.

Oh, haha, it’s black walnut and oak.
by now I’ve guessed that the board is somehow used in the manufacture of gnochi. All the gnochi I’ve eaten was in soup and had no discernible shape.
Oh, yes it is. Our gnochi is sautéed.
