Seems like it would be kinda easy with the gear option in freecad, maybe I should try it before I say that though, lol
I don’t know why you wouldn’t just two wooden wedges and a hammer. Pretty sure it holds more than those plastic thingies… 
Making those in aluminium would be fancy though.
