Gazelle sign for a neighbour's bike

A neighbour wanted the brand’s logo, Gazelle, for a wooden crate he wants to attach to his bike. Since I wanted to test my new toy anyway, I happily obliged.

Beech plywood (so really, really hard because beech… and glue), 1200mm/min, 5mm DOC, 16000 RPM.

You can see there are some inaccuracies where it cut full depth in one go, but I really wanted to test the limits. :yum:

I was doing the same, a V bit can really load the machine. Very large diameter, straight flutes. I was cutting a bit deeper per pass and the letting the final pass just be a couple mm thick. I like hearing the router put in work.
