Fusion - Lowrider Challenge

I am working on a 12" wall decore.
There will be multiple of these, one for each band member.
All solid oak.

The Challenge:
This is a multi-layer CNC cut as at one point the letters and letter support circle will be at the same level.
Then the Letters will be cut out (center section of letters not to exceed the support).
Next the letters will be filled with epoxy and allowed to dry.
Final step will the the final cutout and smoothing allowing the the epoxy letters to stand out.

I plan to use my IDC 1/4" “The Beast” roughing endmill for the first part.
What bits, feeds and speeds would you use for the final passes?

I am including the Fusion file so as to let everyone get a better look at the project.

If you want really sharp corners on the letters then you will have to use some kind of V-bit. Your 1/4" will leave a good bit of material left to clean up, so 1/8" might be a good idea for that then get everything finished out with a 30° V-bit.
