It’s offset 1mm. 2mm max if you spin both rings 180º.

I was going to add a 0 offset one like that with the geared ring up top, but I didn’t test that one as much. It allows like 6º of adjustment, and I wasn’t sure I wanted to tempt someone to try to account for a build that is that far off with the rings lol.

The one that’s there allows like 1-1.5º of adjustment. Outside of that, it seems like maybe something else needs to be fixed.

I like the idea for fine tuning flatness, but not hiding defects.

sorry to sound dumb, but what grub screws are we referring to? the ones on the leadscrew couplers?

Yes, as a possibility, but also on the stepper shafts/pulleys. Basically any of them. If thread locker is used, probably not an issue. But if concerned about a particular axis, grub screws related should be verified.
