Hi,
While building my LowRider 4, I accidentally printed the 29.5 mm versions of the tube-dependent parts before realizing that my galvanized tubes are 32 mm OD.
Rather than throw them away, I’d like to pass them on to someone building an LR4 with 29.5 mm / 1-inch EMT conduit.
Available:
- 1 × Brace_Max_29p5, 60% cubic infill
- 5 × Brace_29p5: one at 60%, four at 30% cubic infill
- 10 × Y_Clip_29p5, 30% cubic infill, offered as-is: their print stopped at about 90% after a nozzle clog, so the top surface is incomplete and the infill remains visible. They may be useful for testing or a temporary setup, but I would not guarantee them for a final installation.
Print details:
- Fiberon / Polymaker ASA-CF08
- Bambu Lab P2S
- 0.6 mm hardened nozzle
- 0.30 mm layer height
- 3 walls
- Default V1E orientation, no supports
- Dark burgundy/red colour
The braces printed successfully and have not been used, apart from possible test fitting. Important: these parts are for 29.5 mm tubing and should not be forced onto 32 mm tubing.
Price: free or pay what you want — honestly, a thank-you is enough. I only ask the recipient to cover the actual shipping cost.
