Fluidnc connected via Wi-Fi but not moving motors

Hey all, I have Fluidnc connected to my esp32 running the “xyyz door “
File. All wiring is correct and has the correct voltage but when I unlock the webui to operate the jog I am unable to move any motors.

Esp32, tb6600, shielded wire with ferrite beads and optocoupler.
No limit switches are wired to esp
42v to motors
USB input from a 5v regulator connected to 12v input from mains
12v 60 amp main power supply.
All custom made 900 x 900 cnc router.

Any help or advice would be fantastic and appreciated.

Hi can you send your yml file and the connections you use

Are you use driver like uln2003 at the output of your esp32??

Man, you should add at least the configuration file for your machine first so we can take a look
