does anyone have firmware for a lowrider2 with dual endstop and z probe for a SKR 1.4 turbo with TMC2209?

In the Marlinbuilder releases, you’re looking for the SKR1p3_DualLR_2209 build. The SKR 1.3 and 1.4 turbo are basically the same board, but the 1.4 turbo has a faster processor, from what I know.
