Favourite brand of PLA

Yeah… I should say that Amazon reviews are a great resource for avoiding many of the problems I have faced. I will also add that most (not all) of the problems I mentioned were with 3MM filaments. I still have one spool of 1.75 mm (a flesh like color) that won’t stick to a print bed. I keep it because it works with multi color prints.

snark away, i just meant why stick to one color?. i totally agree on finding a brand you like and sticking with it.

again i use a bunch of colors, though my favorites tend to be the metallic (copper, silver, gold, etc). i even have some color changing ones that are pretty neat.

Inland brand from microcenter is my go to. It is rebranded eSun filament. Also they do free shipping in the US for their filament so you don’t have to live close to one

Have been using Overture Matte White PLA recently with very good results. Their standard PLA black has also worked well. When available, Amazon branded PLA and PETG have also worked consistently for Black, White, Clear, Yellow and Blue.
