Failed in setting the core

Hi , i failed in the core setup on the tubes , it looks like the core is a little bit small and it cant fit , please help me what can i do if someone had this issue before.

I had a similar issue when I was building mine. For my issue, I had to loosen the tensioning bolts on the core. I had them tight during the core assembly. Try that and see if it works.

I didn’t understand Which belts , so you have a photo after removing the belts ?

You have also already broken your braces.

Broken braces from overtightening and your core not fitting because the tensioner is too tight makes me think you need to take a look at all your other screw and bolt locations for breaks and replace them now.

Those braces will fail completely.

Remember, this is plastic and some of those fasteners have the ability to clamp with thousands of pounds of force. Any crack that has been started will only get worse quickly.

Not belts. Bolts. The top two bolts on the core are your tensioning bolts. Ryan also responded with some things he saw in your build. You need to address all those as well.

Re printing the core but more big maybe can be a solution?

Your braces are broken and need replaced too.

Won’t help.
Re-print anything with cracks in it, then more carefully assemble the parts without overtightening.

You may want to do some calibration prints first to be sure your printer is making correctly sized prints, but that has to be done in a methodical way and not by changing scaling on individual machine parts.

Looking at the first photo, I’m also pondering whether the braces are the correct size for the diameter “tube”/conduit being used. If you’re going to be reprinting them, it would be good to confirm that you’re reprinting the correct size braces.

They look pretty good to me, the tension gap in the braces looks pretty parallel.

Cool, I’m not familiar with how much they are supposed to spread… the deflection after the break looked quite big, but of course would look less extreme if not for the break.

That to me looks like they were all cranked all the way down then backed off when the brakes were noticed.
