Yep. If you donโt home the machine, where-ever it is on the table is set to be 0. Once you home it opens up and waits for the end-stops to trigger and then resets that as 0.

Yes, all 3 axis will be at โ0โ when you fire it up.
Once I have cut a part and want to cut it again, is it possible to move the start point to say x=+8", with y & z remaining the same?
This is jackpot, so you would move where you want it. In command issue g92 x0
