While using the CNC program to make cuts, the view on my machine looks like this.
Is there a quick way, by just typing a key to have this view instead of having to use the mouse to arrange the view?
Double click left mouse button cycles through the different options. 
I agree that the starting view should be the top view though.

I really don’t know, I think I either read it here or in a German forum when googling exactly that problem. 
I also couldn’t figure out how to select dxfs. You have to press select and then use the right mouse button. In case you ever wondered. I wrote an email to Christian for that one.

The one for the CNC preview is however only visible if F1 key is pressed to prevent if from popping up all the time:

Hello Christian, any chance you would ever consider using the fluidnc so both parts of your program would work with our cnc’s? Is grbl support there already or would it be too difficult?
