This could really be in any section.
I really like these ESP32 boards. I’m not sure yet how this would work, but the hardware could support some neat features, since it could host a webpage, or at least open a connection to a fancier client side program on a computer.
Just 3 axis is no problem for ZXY. I think more people are moving to dual drivers in the other CNC, but there are a few of us that are still doing it with serial wires. 
It’s still a bit pricey for basically just the ramps board (without the 3DP mosfets). Someday…
