SOLVED: Thank you.
Hi All, I just finished building the LR4 and started moving the axes around. The end stops are not working to stop the steppers. All of the lights near the end stop pins on the board are lit up and when I manually click each stepper, the light corresponding to that end stop on the jackpot board do shut off.
Could I have the + or - wire connected to the wrong pin on the end stop?
Here is a picture of the X end stop on the back of core.

Is this while moving manually or while homing? The end stops are only there for homing, they do nothing during operation. That’s what that soft limits are for.
It’s also worth noting that one of the nice things about these machines is that you can run them into the ends of their travel without any real damage, so it’s no big deal if something does get away from you.

That definitely catches a lot of people. Do a quick search for end-stop in the forum and you’ll quickly find at least 5-10 posts about it in the past 6 months
