End mills on thin wall round tube

So here I am thinking about altering my Cnc plasma cutter thought to swap it out for a router.

Has anyone milled round tubing on a rotating axis in here before ?

Like maybe a tapered end mill so you can plunge through the wall then cut the profile. I feel like the r load on the bit would be too much as it would be cutting with about 50% step over. Anyways just a question to see if someone has done this.

Yes that’s the machine that Inspired mine but I am trying to get away from plasma if it’s possible(HAZ) At this point I don’t know that the machine will be rugged enough. Will have to give it a try I guess.ideally I would like something that can cut 4130 thin wall small diameter tube. The machine the guy built is a bit on the big size.
