Enclosure

Happy New Year everyone ,
Knocked up the first part of my enclosure over the last few days
It’s built out of laminated plywood for the legs and frame , and mdf for the cabinet, sealed and painted , need to finish the top and lid. It measures in total 1296x972x1162 with an enclosure size of 940x464x1130
For a work area of 600x400x81
There’s enough room left over for sound proofing and what ever else I’ll need , I’ll be adding a small window on top of the one day. The whole point of the enclosure was dust and sound.
Plans are done up in fusion if anyone wants them

Cheers

Looking good!

Ben, I am exploring enclosure options and would appreciate getting access to your plans/cut list for this build. Thank you

First: Really cool enclosure, congratulations.
In my opinion you should create the opening-part in a transparent way. To see what is getting on on your working area.
Only a recommendation. I had a couple of - lets say - not nice situations/experiences and to not see what happens on the working area, I wouldn’t work with such a tool!
To be honest, too dangerous!
