Has anyone ever tried doubling up conduit? For instance cutting a slice lengthwise and sliding it inside? Ive also wondered if filling tubes with “greatstuff” expanding foam would have any benefits? Just letting my mind wander…
I have seen some people put foam or conduit inside of the 1" tubing. Not sure it is worth the effort. Especially on the conduit. I feel like if you want something stronger then conduit just upgrade to SS or DOM. They are both stronger and smoother/more consistent so they will provide better results in general.
But let us know if you try it, always helps to have peoples experiments and experiences.
