I’ve got my legs down and the y axis tubes are in place. Measuring corner to corner I have one diagonal at 42 &1/2 and one at 42 & 7/16 so I’m off by 1/16" is this going to cause me problems as I go along?

No problems. The trucks wiggle a little until they have power and this is why there are dual endstops.
