Has anyone had any issues with z axis dropping consistently about 1mm extra on 1 side as z axis moves up and down ?
Couplers are tight so not them
Running skr 1.4 turbo with 2209 drivers
In uart mode
Current set to 1300 on all axes
I think I may have had a similar problem.
I was running some spare steppers I had lying around.
The connections to them were quite bad.
I didn’t noticed any steps being dropped, but that may have been because the TMC drivers are so silent.
I ended up ordering steppers from the V1 store and now I’m running without any problems.

I’ve managed to solve the problem, ive went to advanced settings in marlin mode (touchscreen)
Change
z acceleration from 80 to 50
Tmc current from 800 to 1650 on all axis (im running 2 amp bipolar nema 17 motors)
This seams to have solved the issue for me 
Just watch the temperature on the stepper motors…
