Dublin Maker fair August 30, 31

In case any of you are in Ireland or plan to be at the end of the month, this is a wonderful event for hands-on learning and fun, especially if you have kids. It is not huge (maybe 50 exhibitors) but very well-organised. This year we will be taking over the Leopardstown horse racecourse (sorry, no gambling on those days). The Richmond Barracks, where it was the last two years, was a bit cramped. It is free, but they ask you to register so they can plan better: https://dublinmaker.ie

AFAIK, I am the only CNC router-related exhibitor there, and will be showing off my portable Primo MPCNC and the ESP-NOW wireless pendant I made for it. See my other post about the FREEHAND CNC DRAWINGS COMPETITION!

Of course, there will be a few 3D printer and laser cutter folks there, and lots of crafts and activities. I have presented various inventions of mine there since 2015, and it is always a blast.

If you live in Ireland or Northern Ireland, it’s definitely worth the trip to Leopardstown, or at least let me know so we can meet up at some point.
