Drywall squares, well worth the $$$ for the build

I’ve done a bajillion things and I have the tools from all of them. In this case I have 2 drywall squares just laying around my garage. They’re big long hard lines that are always at 90 degrees. Using them instead of chalk lines etc during layout gives you a positive stop to push parts against before you screw them down to your table.

Using both of mine, my machine ended up being only 1/16" out of square across the entire build without me really paying attention, just drop the part and screw it down. If you happen to have 1 or 2 laying around, use them. If not, they’re like $10 at lowes. Money well spent if you’re as lazy as me
