Drag Chain Mount for LR4

With the LR3 I had my control board and screen mounted at the end of my table and it worked great. Was using Doug’s raceway drag chain to link with the 3d drag chain I had already.

This time around I’ve taken a slightly different approach, leaving the control board (SKR) with the machine and just extending the screen out as well as the power supply, so sticking with the drag chain along the Y for those cables made sense to me.

So I designed something to screw the end of the drag chain in using the negatives Ryan has provided, if anyone is interested.

Uploaded the files, just haven’t tested in a working environment yet as I haven’t set up my LR4 fully

Using M3x10 screws to mount on the side plate and 2 slots for zip ties for the cables when in place

I’d like the files please. My solution looks way less elegant and I just screwed it into the plate with wood screws… :stuck_out_tongue:

Absolutely, will be posting on printables as soon as I test it out myself haha

Edit: Scratch that, uploaded the files, as famous last words go, “shouldn’t be any problem with it”

No flex, all wins

Just have to reprint my old drag chain links as they mostly all broke when I was pulling them off to rewire, that’s a me problem though
