So… the wife and I decided not to buy each other gifts this year… realizing this to be a trap I resolved to make the gifts out of garage scrap based on her Pinterest bookmarks…
She had several of these bookmarked so I cut one out of some Masonite scrap.
I tried a beveled .25mm ball end bit to cut and it worked great in the 3mm Masonite.
Still need to clean up the fuzzies for final coat but the cut was almost laser like.
