It doesn’t like it. Also at 30mm/s it was still going to take days to plane off the top of my spoilboard even at 30% stepover.
That’s a big bit! Was it a router bit or an endmill there is a difference. I use 45-50 step over for everything but finishing
It’s a modified router bit. Started out life as a 1/2 inch rabbiting bit. I cut off the bearing post on the center. Was just an experiment, didn’t work! ?
