Disable EstlCam 12 Line Numbers in gcode?

Is there any way to disable line numbers in gcode?
Version 11 didn’t add line numbers and I can not find any setting to disable them.
They are super annoying to me since they don’t line up with LinuxCNC actual line numbers due to multiple line comments in addition to drastically reducing the readability of the gcode.

If there isn’t a way, where are defects and feature requests submitted?

I’ve never seen (any option to include) line numbers in Estlcam (11 or 12) generated G-code. I think the only place that option could exist is in one or more Setup > CNC Programs > Presets.
