An admin will need to do that for you.
Once you have posts, I think Discourse admins have to deal with it so existing posts, etc. can be handled correctly

Well, it’s nice of Discourse to think that way, the EU does not fully agree:
Lol, I had GDPR related flash backs when seeing the first post. I respect GDPR’s intentions, but do not miss jumping through hoops with colleagues to retroactively conform to it.
As long as they have the ability to request that their personal data is deleted, I think it complies.
Anonymizing everything and deleting the account should satisfy your “right to be forgotten”
