Yes, if you control heat, that can help to prolong life!
I dont cut wood, but dull bits will giveme headache’s with the prepainted face and the finish. I dont clean them manually

Are my standards too low? I don’t really expect clean cuts and typically get fuzzies on the edges. I just expect I will have to sand anything I cut and that takes it off cleanly.

Very nice. Looks like you may have a little tramming issue,or maybe the core is a little loose . Major areas appear to be very clean.
