Hey all,
I’m looking to see if anyone has already created a cut file for a table designed around the Microjig Matchfit system. Ideally, I’d love to find one set up for a full 48” x 96” spoilboard, but I’d be glad to work with a smaller version if that’s what you’ve got.
If no file exists, I’d really appreciate a walkthrough of how you approached the design and cutting process. For example:
-
What bit sizes did you use for the grooves and pockets?
-
Did you design the layout from scratch or adapt an existing DXF?
-
Any tips for toolpath strategy (cut depth passes, offsets, or entry slots)?
-
Lessons learned about spacing or jig fit tolerances?
I’m just trying to avoid reinventing the wheel if someone has already gone through the process, or at least learn from what worked (or didn’t) for you.
Thanks in advance for any guidance!
