I wanted to share a solution I came up with mounting and tensioning the belts on this awesome project. It uses the concept from the corner block assembly by Tincho85 on Thingiverse, but doesn’t require new corner blocks or anything more than a 20mm nut and bolt on each belt mount. Full disclosure, my MPCNC is completed yet, but I don’t think I’m going to have any problems with this system.
