Ah, true. So you would need to make a branch with both fixes for us to use Marlin builder against it.
The test failed to find 2.0.7 in your V1 repo. That’s ok. It shouldn’t be testing that anyway.

I didn’t pull that one in, but I can if you would prefer?
It is up to you. If you think your config is right, then it’s NBD. I think you want the PR to be clean. When I’m doing stuff like this, I make a staging
branch and pull in the different topics I want to. Then I test the staging branch.
Okay, lets give it until later this afternoon. If the other PR has not been pulled, then I will add more to that repo.
Thanks guys. FYI no crash yet. I’ve now updated to the latest that Ryan posted in this thread (https://github.com/V1EngineeringInc/Marlin/tree/Archim1_fix_with_configs) and will continue testing.
Sweeeeet!
I have one running as well have not checked on it since early this morning. I submitted it to Ultimachine, no reply yet.
So far so good. I’ve gone ahead and made the MPCNC => Lowrider configuration conversions and am now running it with steppers plugged in (and I’ve verified that the steppers all move).
Will continue to monitor for stability.
Love it, I hope to get it into Marlin sooner than later.
Phase 1 done, The PR was merged into Marlin!
Now I need to clean up the second PR and submit it!
It’s been a few days and no crashes so I think this is solved
Awesome! I submitted phase two to get this permanently supported.
BOOM!
This should fix archim 1 and 2, right?
Not sure, every time I make a guess about that I am wrong. Some stuff is the same…some is not. I have a sneaking feeling it will break the 2’s and they will need their own set.
So Just to confirm (skimmed over a few of the Jeffe <-> Ryan posts in the thread):
is the stable recommended branch to compile for Archim users…
I was stable on a much older branch, but after upgrading to 414 2.0.X have the LCD crash and freezes…
Nope.
