Managed to build everything up to this point without cracking anything but I guess the slice layers on this one aren’t very favorable.
Normally Id just reprint the part but I don’t have any more filament of this color. Is this going to be a problem leaving as is? The part slightly warped (downward in the photo) when I tighten it enough so the bearing doesn’t rattle back and forth.
That part looked like it lifted off the bed or at leas has notable warping.
It might be worth posting pictures of your other parts. If they are similar you may need to do more re-printing.
As noted in my post, its only warped on the bottom due to the tension on the screw and the crack. If I ease off the tension on the screw its flat on the bottom.If I leave the screw loose then the bearing rattles a bit back and forth.
Edit: I took it off and removed the tension on the bolt. There is a slight bit of bed warp from the corner lifting off the bed on the left, but it doesn’t look as bad as the first photo suggests.
