I’ve been thinking about converting my original mp3dp to a v2. Is it worth doing? Mostly looking for running faster/ more rigid frame. It seems like cost would be pretty negligible.
I actually think it is really worth it. Of course there are some minor tweaks I would like to make but it is a better build for sure. I am going to make mine with the Heffe plate to really keep things solid for printer number ~6.

MDF or plywood preferred? Or does it matter?
It’s over built so it doesn’t matter. Thick for the main parts thin for the bed and bottom.
