You have to find tubes one of 3 official mpcnc sizes before you will buy or print parts.
As last option, but for not big mpcnc you may try to find 25mm steel tubes used in furniture manufacturing. Usually it has 0.7-0.8mm wall thickness (it’s bad), but you may try to find it with 1.0mm wall thickness
Agreed, There are also typically 2 kinds of conduit thin and thick walled. If you can’t find one of the three sizes you can look into stainless steel tubing.
For the last few years I am pretty confident we have a size for every country.
Last case, let us know what country and someone a little more local might be able to chime in.
Are you sure your metric o.d. dimensions are accurate? 26.9 is slightly over an inch, perhaps 3/4" is a nominal inside diameter in your country? Perhaps the next size down would match EMT dimensions?

I had the same trouble in the Netherlands. Needed to go stainless steel to get the 25mm OD tubing. None of the hardware stores had anything suitable, had to order online (which turned out nice, the cuts were very accurate).
Of course, two weeks later I find that Toom in Germany has 1 and 2 meter lengths of 25mm steel tubing.
