Cleaning up new bearings before the build?

I’m most of the way through printing the parts for my build, and I’ve got a shiny bag of bearings here (well, they’re not very shiny, actually), and I’m wondering whether it’s recommended to clean them up and lubricate them before installing.

I’ve bought cheap 608 bearings before, and these ones roll pretty well, but they are, if anything, a bit sticky (not sticky as in they don’t roll smoothly, but sticky as in someone spilled apple juice on them). I don’t know whether this is due to a rust inhibitor, or old lubrication, or what, but I am at a loss on how to clean them up.

They’re sealed (plastic seals, not metal shields), and I can get the seals off without doing too much damage to them, but I don’t know if it’s really recommended to soak them in gasoline overnight or what (and then what do I do with the gasoline?) and re-lubricate with something (what?).

Nah, there fine. We aren’t making fidget spinners.

Sorta was my tentative plan. We’re not talking high speeds, here.
