Circular & curved paths are incorrectly moving (RESOLVED)

Hello, been trying to diagnose this issue with my LR3 where circular paths no longer are circular. It also happens on a curved radius as I noticed on another job.

Was wondering if anyone has had any similar issues they’ve had in the past. After watching it a few times running, it decides to deviate from the circle. Here is a list of all the steps I’ve tried to fix it.
readjust all belts, lubed z rods, cleaned all rails from dust build-up, reformated SD card, and slowed down speeds. So far no luck, was hoping to get some more expert advice from you all.

Specs I’m running on my machine.
Firmware: V1CNC_SkrPro_DualLR_2209
24V power supply

I added a link to a video so you can see the movement that’s happening. It also doesn’t happen at the same position every time, it randomizes when it does it. Could be in the first revolution, second, or third.

This looks as if the grub screws are loose. Check those on all the pulleys, it definitely seems to be on X and at least one Y.

Thank you very much just dissembled and retightened all the grub screws on the X and Y and added Loctite into it (probably should’ve done that from the start). Seems to be doing the job perfectly now.
