Does anyone have a suggestion for a reasonable chuck type rotary axis for laser or perhaps mill? I have a roller type, but for many jobs I think a chuck makes a lot more sense. When etching some water bottles, I filled them with rice to decrease slipping, but it only works when the top is smaller than that bottle. I want to engrave some small spice jars, and chucking them seems a LOT more reliable.
I’m willing to print/build/cut a proven design if anyone has built one. I’m also open to recommendations for non-DIY solutions.
