Open sauce 2025 for me. That was really fun.

The longest project for me this year was the four months my wife was confined to bed with her leg elevated except for “toilet privileges”. Having to be within hailing distance of each other at times did slow up other projects somewhat, but it was made easier because I only had to maintain household order within her peripheral vision!

Our dining table became my workbench, and the CoreOne was born there as well as a few other small fun things, so life wasn’t without diversions.

The highlight of the year for us both was that first time she could take herself to the loo unassisted, followed a month later by the proclamation that she was resuming possession of “her” kitchen!

We have at least six months to go until normal “transmission” is resumed, and we can’t wait to fire off some alarms at airports in 2026!

There were several cool projects, but the most important was finally getting my ass up and slowly getting V1’s business started in the EU.
