we are so fancy now we don’t even have to carry paper charts anymore. All online and digital chart plotters. Ill take some pics when I get back to work tomorrow and put them on the other thread

I agree. I built it too big to be good for a router, but it has worked great with a diode laser. We are just ready to graduate to something else I think, Larger CO2 or also looking and the smaller fiber lasers.

What is your favorite part if diy or “making?”. Is it design or fabrication or finishing? I dont enjoy sanding or staining. Watching a print or a carve take shape can be satisfying. Customer excitement when getting the product has always been fun.

I loath sanding. But It’s a must on somethings and I will do it. I love seeing customers reactions!! I enjoy being able to take bits and pieces of nothings and turn them into something but I think satisfying the customer is my favorite.
