Hi and a very good morning. As mentioned above, can I use the dw660 instead of the 611. I accidentally bought it from Amazon and it’s on it way to me. Yes. I can just refund for the mistake, but I live in Malaysia and the return price hurts me in the wallet.

Ouch. That hurts. The Dewalt would be just fine as to cutting and engraving. The biggest problem would be devising a mount for it. the 611 has a round spindle body and a flat base to put on the the mount plate, so easy enough to get set perpendicular. There are mount made up for the 611, none that I see for the 660. Maybe someone will give you a solution.
Do you have a 3D printer to make something up?

someone was working on a mount, if you’ve got a 3d printer maybe a little more tinkering with this project could get you where you need to be.
