Can i run a nema 17 motor and endstops with a 12ft run of 22awg wire? Need more length for cable run
You should be fine with 22awg. The endstops draw very little current, so the long distance will not be an issue. Assuming 24V since that is what Ryan is shipping these days, I put the values in a voltage drop calculator.
A minimal drop, plus you can compensate to a limited degree by upping the current on the stepper driver.

Don’t forget to double it because the wire has to go there and back. Still, I’d say that’s decent enough.

Thank you! The 12ft is the doubled number! Its technically a 2 way 6ft run!
