I found this laser on offer fo £76 looked pretty good would I need anything else to add to my system?

That is a good price for a 10 Watt laser, how do you arrive at the £76? Aliexpress wants 150€ for it to Europe. The 104€ quoted in your post is, I guess, for the 5 Watt version.
The only extra provision you need to make is a PWM output from your controller board and possibly a suitable power supply for the laser module.
sorry yes it wes the 40watt i was looking at, at £76 the 80 watt vesion is £108 with free delivery
Just in case you’re not aware there’s different ways sellers describe power.
Theres a difference between needing an 80W power supply and stacked diodes that emit 80W of energy. The one in your link is a 5W laser
