diagonals difference is just 0.7692
If that is millimeters that is great, if its inches you have some work to do.
yes it is only in millimeters
Is it possible to use 33mm OD metal tube? I am tired of finding 29-32mmOD here😁
***update…i think i found one size 29.54. will verify tomorrow
Print the z lead screw nut holder and it’s mount that attached to the xz plate. They should slip fit together. If they are super sloppy or interference fit, then you need to make some adjustments.
I printed a few in trying to sort out my printer. I’ve attached a gallery below:
The lead screw needs to fit in the small piece and the two pieces need to fit together. My printer had a wire melt and start losing steps, so that was part of the issue. Calilantern came in at 650 on the first go round and the prints were overextruded. After addressing those issues one by one, it prints great now:
i found here
-
gi pipe schedule 20, 32mm diameter with 2mm wall thickness
-
EMT conduit 32mm diameter with 1mm wall thickness
which one should i get
Tough call. #1 seems like a better option, but you should check both in person. GI tends to actually be very flexible, #2 might have too thin of a wall, 1mm is pretty thin, I bet in person it is at least 1.2 which is better.
so if i will build a full size, is the flexibility of GI a big concern? because if it is, i will opt for a Panasonic EMT DWE100Y here for a much higher price cause the supplier i just found is far from us
I can’t really say without getting my hands on them. I only know what I have used.
I am pretty confident anything will work fine.
ok thank you
