Looking for something, and came across this, but it’s for Primo, anyone know if it will work for a Burly?

I believe I’m using this mount
This will not mount on the Burly mounting plate, but I have an untested theory. If this is the only thing you are mounting on your MPCNC, I believe you can remove your Burley mounting plate and nut traps and install Primo nut traps and use this mount. The hole spacing on the tubes is the same between both designs. Note that the Thingiverse page you reference does not include the upper strap of the mount. I’m assuming that is just the upper strap that Ryan designed for this router. Also the screws and nuts used on the Primo nut traps are different than the ones on the Burly. The geometry between the two machines is a bit different, so my main concern will be clearances. You may want to play with a cardboard profile or a vase mode 3D print to make sure it will work before taking the leap.
Do you actually need more than just mounting to the router? does it need to also attach to Z?
On the primo, the mounting plate has been removed. Mounts on the Primo are attached directly to the tubes. This reduces the offset of the router from the Z axis plus reduces the mass on the Z axis. So there is no mounting plate, and the back side of the shoe you reference will attach directly to the tubing. To get it to work you will have to remove the large mounting plate from your Burley and go with a Primo-style solution. This assumes there are no geometry issues. The router is on the opposite side tubing relative to the origin on the Primo compared to the Burly, and there may be other potentially geometry issues. I think a geometry issue(s) will be easy to fix by mirroring the 3D printed parts and/or increasing the thickness of the part against the tubing to create a bit more clearance. I’m guessing that you can make it work without changes, but I don’t know.
Can anyone define a source for the 1.75" hose used here?
